Challenge

Once the hail storm came through in May of 2022, these homeowners knew they needed to get a roof inspection done right away. Having worked with Trinity Exteriors in the past, we were the first one they called.

Solution

Once we completed our inspection and discovered hail damage to their roof and siding, the homeowners placed a claim with their insurance company. Once the claim had been filed, we got to work. As a protection against the homeowners’ landscaping, we made sure to take extra care of this by covering the surrounding area of the house to ensure there was no damage during the restoration project. Our expert crew began removing the dislodged and damaged shingles to start. We inspected the roof decking and found that it was in great condition. After ensuring that the old roofing felt was completely gone, we laid down the Ice & Water Barrier on the roof, which gives an added layer of protection against any strong winds and storms that have the potential to create leaks or moisture issues. They wanted a whole new look with their roof color. For this, we installed premium Owens Corning Duration Designer Shingles in “Sedona Canyon”, and it gave that perfect pop of color that they wanted!
