Before Minneapolis area contractor Trinity Exteriors began work on the project, the hail damage was evident on this home's siding and roofing.
In this photo, the siding is really showing its age and hail damage.
After installing the house wrap, Trinity Exteriors began putting on the new vinyl siding.
With new siding, the home looks refined and updated, and the homeowners no longer have to worry about the denting that occurred during the hail storm.
A hail storm in spring 2015 dented the asphalt shingles and vinyl siding on this Stillwater house. The homeowners hired roofing and siding contractor Trinity Exteriors to fully replace the damaged housing materials. We tore off the old asphalt shingles and laid down an extra layer of Ice & Water Barrier to protect the sub-structure from driving wind and rain. The homeowners picked out the type of shingles they preferred: Tamko Heritage 30 in Painted Desert color. After we removed the damaged siding, we installed Tyvek housewrap, which is designed to prevent infiltration of air and water, while allowing water vapor to escape the house. Next we installed new vinyl siding: Mastic Structure 7" Clapboard in Wicker.
