Challenge
This Maplewood home was in need of a major update. The siding had become weathered from years of rain and snow, and the homeowners really wanted to get a more modern siding look. While looking on Angie’s List, they found Trinity Exteriors and decided to give us a call.
Solution
After we met with the homeowner to better understand what they wanted for the home, they decided that Trinity Exteriors was the contractor they needed. For the project, we began by tearing off the old, weathered siding. We then installed Kingspan GreenGuard wrap around the entire house, which provides energy efficiency and moisture management to the home. We then installed Mastic Carvedwood Vinyl Siding in the homeowner’s color choice of Deep Granite. Finally, we replaced the custom bent fascia and aluminum soffit in white, and we wrapped the front entry door and patio door in white aluminum as well, which perfectly accented the siding color! The home is almost unrecognizable with its brand-new look, and the homeowners were thrilled!
