When work was being done all workers were very nice. They made sure all trash was removed at the end of the day. The day after the roof work was completed a worker came back to inspect that all work was done correctly.

The communication was excellent. Prior to the project I was kept informed as to the delivery of materials and the project timeline. I was consulted before any materials and dumpsters were placed. The on-site manager gave me updates at a minimum, daily and sometimes multiple times per day. Any issues identified during the tear-off were brought to my attention daily.
