This photo was taken for our files during the initial free inspection.

You can see in this photo the poor state of the shingles, which are starting to shrink and deteriorate.

Notice here that the Ice & Water barrier our crews used need to go 24" within the exterior wall line, as well as the valleys. These are the places of the roof that are most susceptible to leaks.

With the primary materials put down, our crews can now install the new roof.

After work was completed, our project manager did a final inspection looking for any mistakes made. Everything was in tip-top shape, and the homeowners were satisfied with their new roof.
