In his varying work experience – From being an Al Bundy to mortgage branches to exteriors, he has been managing and developing sales reps for over 20 years. In his day-to-day role, he establishes neighborhoods, manages the sales process and trains and manages his team – all to exceed customer expectations. In fact, what he most loves about his job is satisfying customers.
