I started in the construction industry in 2003 shortly after graduating from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Entrepreneurship. The company I worked for was looking to aggressively grow, and I used the opportunity to advance and progressively master the sales and operations processes needed to run a successful construction company. However, after working there for five years, the last three of which I was a Sales Manager, it was clear the company’s quest for expansion steadily relied on high-pressure sales tactics and mediocre customer service, clashing with my inner sense of what was right for homeowners. Simply put, the company outgrew its capability to provide the customer service, quality and integrity a homeowner deserves.
I saw an opportunity to start a company that focused on providing customers not just a new roof or siding, but provide them a memorable experience where they would want to refer us to their friends and family, and do business with us again when their next exterior project came up. The three pillars we built Trinity Exteriors, Inc on in 2007 are: reliable and friendly SERVICE, QUALITY products and craftsmanship, and the INTEGRITY to always do what is in our customer’s best interest. With a lot of help from a great group of employees, we use this foundation as a guiding light in how We Take The Worries Away for our customers during their exterior projects.
Outside of work, most of my free time is spent with my 3 daughters. As a family we enjoy going to Twins games, biking around Lake Harriet, watching movies and swimming.
