In March 2017, Trinity’s Leadership team decided to solicit nominations from employees on a charity they support and why, with the understanding that the winning nominated charity will get $10 of the $20 we donate from every roofing or siding replacement project. The organization that our Leadership team chose was one suggested by Will Collins, a sales representative in his first year with Trinity. He supports the Shriners Hospitals for Children–Twin Cities because his daughter was born with a clubfoot and without a tibia bone, which caused one leg to be shorter then the other. After 7 surgeries she was still having problems walking so she decided to have her leg amputated just below her knee when she was 7-years-old. Owner Ted Swanson visited the hospital in January to present a check to Shriners for $3,350, and was given a tour of the hospital from Macey Collins, who is now 11-years-old.
